Drug Tracking System
Data transfer and process management for the Ministry of Health
Data transfer and process management for the Ministry of Health
Grant-Soft carries out software studies on the Pharmaceutical Tracking System, which is mandatory for the Ministry of Health in 2009, and offers solutions to companies on data transfers between Logistics-Pharmaceutical Company-Ministry of Health. Thanks to the ITS Software we have developed, Pharmaceutical Companies can keep the square codes produced in their systems, automatically withdraw them from the warehouses if desired and send them in the format requested by the Ministry of Health.
All sequence numbers generated for medicines by the ITS system must be transmitted by pharmaceutical companies to the Ministry of Health. Today, although some pharmaceutical companies produce the codes in-house, many pharmaceutical companies also delegate the production of sequence numbers to logistics companies. For this reason, our program has been developed in such a way that it can receive and interpret single XML data as an external file or bulk data through various integration methods. In addition, all data flows sent from the system are made in XML formats stipulated by the Ministry of Health.
While tracking the movements of your products between stakeholders such as warehouses, pharmacies and hospitals, we support you in segmenting your customers correctly and increasing your sales by managing your sales teams more efficiently, thanks to the reports we provide.
Our experienced support team is here for all processes related to transmitting your data to the Ministry of Health and taking actions based on the results received from the ministry.
