DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TRACKING

Grant Soft provides operation support for its customers with Defective Product Tracking. Defective Products are taken from customer location if requested, and delivered to the authorized service; and then, the whole operation will be tracked and interrogated by the experienced team of Grant-Soft.

All developments are reported to customer and tracked on a daily basis. Therefore, repair in the shortest time period is aimed to realize. Following the repair, devices are tested by the technical team of Grant-Soft once again and possible faults are tried to be prevented in this way before sending devices to customer.

All processes of the operations are recorded into Crm system of Grant-Soft. Thanks to this system, your customers can use the inquiry page anywhere with Internet connection and track the situation of defective products spontaneously.

They can get information about defect repair anytime and they can realize the approval operation for products pending for customer approval.
